Discussion on Control Measures for Surface Quality of Small Electroslag Ingots
After the renovation of the 15 ton electric slag furnace,the upgrading of the electrical control system and the changes in the slag used for electric slag have had a profound impact on the entire remelting operation.Based on the new conditions,in-depth research and tackling of the surface quality of the electric slag ingot are carried out.Provide a brief introduction to the technical characteristics and surface quality of a 15 ton electric slag furnace,summarize the control measures for the surface quality of small electric slag ingots,and aim to improve the surface quality of electric slag ingots.This study has certain reference value for enterprise production and related research.
