摘要
日照钢铁公司薄板坯连铸连轧产线以其短流程、低能耗、高产量的特点而得到快速发展,该产线以生产低碳低硅钢、耐候钢、汽车钢、中碳钢、高碳钢等系列1250～1500mm 断面规格为主,带钢尺寸精度控制高.由于连铸结晶器出口宽度固定,单浇次内带钢宽度单一,通过应用结晶器在线调宽技术,实现了单浇次内多种规格宽度生产,实现了薄板坯连铸连轧技术的新突破.
Abstract
The thin slab continuous casting and rolling production line of Rizhao Iron and Steel Company has developed rapidly due to its characteristics of short process,low energy consumption,and high output.This production line mainly produces low-carbon and low silicon steel,weather resistant steel,automotive steel,medium carbon steel,high carbon steel,and other series of 1250～1500 mm cross-sectional specifications,with high precision control of strip steel dimensions.Due to the fixed outlet width of the continuous casting crystallizer and the single width of the steel strip within a single casting,the application of online width adjustment technology of the crystallizer has achieved the production of multiple specifications of width within a single casting,achieving a new breakthrough in thin slab continuous casting and rolling technology.
