摘要

中铁宝桥集团原先的铸造高锰钢辙叉造型生产线存在设备陈旧、智能化与自动化程度低、生产效率低等问题,已经无法满足当前市场发展需求和客户的要求,为了提质增效,新建成了一条VRH造型生产线,在关键设备设计、设备自动化控制等方面作了提升,为提高生产产量与产品质量提供了良好的硬件支撑,为铸造行业提供了宝贵的经验.

Abstract

The original casting high manganese steel frog shaped production line of China Railway Baoji Bridge Group had problems such as outdated equipment,low level of intelligence and automation,and low production efficiency,which could no longer meet the current market development needs and customer requirements.In order to improve quality and efficiency,a new VRH shaped production line was built,which has made improvements in key equipment design,equipment automation control,and other aspects,providing good hardware support for improving output and product quality,and providing valuable experience for the casting industry.
