传统冶金生产模式依赖于人工操作及经验判断,不仅效率低下,容易受到人为因素影响,而且会导致产品质量不稳定.通过集成先进信息技术、自动控制技术、人工智能等技术,冶金生产过程能够实现高度自动化、智能化,充分满足市场对于高质量、低成本、环保要求.鉴于此,设计了一套高效、可靠的工业自动化系统.系统关键功能模块包括物料搬运与管理、生产过程控制、质量监测与检验及设备维修决策模块.结果表明,通过应用该系统,不仅可提升冶金生产效率与产品质量,还能降低生产成本.研究成果可为冶金智能制造领域提供技术支持.
Design of Industrial Automation System in Metallurgical Intelligent Manufacturing
The traditional metallurgical production mode relies on manual operation and empirical judgment,which not only has low efficiency and is easily affected by human factors,but also leads to unstable product quality.By integrating advanced information technology,automatic control technology,artificial intelligence and other technologies,the metallurgical production process can achieve high automation and intelligence,fully meeting the market's requirementss for high quality,low cost,and environmental protection.In view of this,an efficient and reliable industrial automation system has been designed.The key functional modules of the system include material handling and management,production process control,quality monitoring and inspection,and equipment maintenance decision-making modules.The results indicate that by applying this system,not only can metallurgical production efficiency and product quality be improved,but production costs can also be reduced.The research results can provide technical support for the field of intelligent manufacturing in metallurgy.
