庞庞塔矿回采工作面中深孔爆破技术研究及应用

庞庞塔煤矿5-109工作面在回采过程中揭露断层,严重影响工作面推进速度.为解决过断层采煤机割岩难题,提出采用中深孔预裂爆破技术对断层岩体提前弱化,以满足采煤机快速切割岩体的强度需求.针对5-109切巷地质条件设计了预裂爆破技术参数,并进行了现场应用.现场应用结果表明,预裂爆破方案设计合理,断层岩体得到有效弱化,采面日进尺提升超过90%,采煤机截齿损坏率降低了 70%.
Research and Application of Medium and Long Hole Blasting Technology in Mining Face of Pangpangta Mine
During the mining process,faults were exposed in the 5-109 working face of Pangpangta Coal Mine,which seriously affected the advancing speed of the working face.In order to solve the problem of rock cutting by coal mining machines passing through faults,it is proposed to use medium deep hole pre-splitting blasting technology to weaken the fault rock mass in advance,in order to meet the strength requirements of rapid rock cutting by coal mining machines.The pre-splitting blasting technical parameters were designed based on the geological conditions of the 5-109 cutting roadway and applied on-site.The on-site application results show that the pre-splitting blasting scheme is designed reasonably,the fault rock mass is effectively weakened,the daily footage of the mining face is increased by more than 90%,and the damage rate of the shearer cutting teeth is reduced by 70%.
