摘要
针对特钢生产特点,通过成本分析,提出操作建议:通过采取对含有Mo、Ni、Cu等贵重金属元素的特殊废钢的回收利用、连铸头尾坯优化、提高连铸机的连浇炉数、使用低价合金替代高价合金等技术措施,可以有效地降低炼钢生产成本,对于特钢生产企业具有很好的借鉴推广意义.
Abstract
Based on the production characteristics of special steel,through cost analysis,operational suggestions are proposed:by adopting technical measures such as recycling and utilizing special scrap steel containing precious metal elements such as Mo,Ni,Cu,optimizing the head and tail billets of continuous casting,increasing the number of continuous casting furnaces of continuous casting machines,and using low-priced alloys to replace high priced alloys,the production cost of steelmaking can be effectively reduced.This has good reference and promotion significance for special steel production enterprises.
