摘要
炼铁高炉工序球式磨煤机故障影响配套高炉的正常喷吹煤粉,导致高炉冶炼喷煤比指标低.基于某公司EM65型中速磨煤机现状,分析炼铁高炉工序球式磨煤机故障情况,找到了故障原因并对其进行了维护与改进,优化了性能,保证了高炉的正常生产.
Abstract
The malfunction of the ball type coal mill in the ironmaking blast furnace process affects the normal injection of coal powder into the supporting blast furnace,resulting in a low coal injection ratio index for blast furnace smelting.Based on the current situation of the EM65 medium speed coal mill in a certain steel plant,this paper analyzes the fault situation of the ball type coal mill in the ironmaking blast furnace process,identifies the cause of the fault,maintains and improves it,optimizes its performance,and ensures the normal production of the blast furnace.
