提高炼钢厂扇形段轴承使用寿命研究

摘要
炼钢厂板坯连铸机扇形段导辊的固定端和浮动端,均采用调心外球面满装圆柱滚子轴承作为支撑轴承.针对邯钢新区炼钢厂板坯连铸机扇形段支撑辊轴承使用寿命过短的问题,分析了影响扇形段轴承使用寿命的原因,有针对性地提出提高扇形段轴承使用寿命的优化措施.实施优化措施后,轴承的工作状态、润滑效能和运转环境得到了明显改善,轴承的使用寿命显著提高.
Abstract
The fixed and floating ends of the guide rollers in the sector section of the slab continuous casting machine in the steelmaking plant are supported by cylindrical roller bearings with self-aligning outer spherical surfaces.In response to the problem of short service life of the support roller bearings in the sector section of the slab continuous casting machine at the steelmaking plant of HanSteel New Area,the reasons affecting the service life of the sector section bearings are analyzed,and targeted optimization measures are proposed to improve the service life of the sector section bearings.After implementing optimization measures,the working condition,lubrication efficiency,and operating environment of the bearings have been significantly improved,and the service life of the bearings has been significantly extended.
