摘要
具体阐述了板形仪设备组成中板形辊、DTU和传感器的工作原理,介绍了设备维护工作中的DTU冷却、轴承迷宫密封、轴承润滑、安装水平度检查和传感器校验过程,并对日常设备维护中可能遇到的问题进行解答.通过对设备原理和维护进行说明,提高了初学者对设备的理解水平,更好地实现了对设备的维护保养.
Abstract
This article elaborates on the working principles of the flatness roller,DTU,and sensor in the equipment composition of the flatness meter.It also introduces the DTU cooling,bearing labyrinth sealing,bearing lubrication,installation levelness,and sensor calibration process in equipment maintenance work.It also provides answers to possible problems that may arise in daily equipment maintenance.By explaining the equipment principle and maintenance,it can improve the beginner's understanding of the equipment and better maintain it.
