摘要
针对高速线材生产线上活套调整带来的轧机齿轮箱轴承寿命骤减问题,分别对不同控制环节中的不稳定因素及原因进行了分析,并给出了具体控制措施.经实施后,轧机齿轮箱轴承寿命得到有效延长.
Abstract
In view of the sudden decrease in the life of rolling mill gearbox bearings caused by the looper adjustment on the high-speed wire production line,the unstable factors and reasons in different control links are analyzed,and the specific control measures are given.After implementation,the bearing life of rolling mill gearbox is effectively prolonged.
