摘要
酸轧产线的特点是产量大、负荷高、连续性强,酸轧产线剪前夹送辊安装于轧机板型仪辊与飞剪之间,以实现酸轧产线连续生产.剪前夹送辊是轧机出口重要设备,一旦出现问题,必须停机处理.鉴于此,重点讨论酸轧产线剪前夹送辊组成结构、自动控制及常见问题,总结剪前夹送辊系统问题及处理经验,以提高对剪前夹送辊基础知识的认识,实现其更好的应用.
Abstract
The characteristics of the acid rolling production line are high output,high load,and strong continuity.The pre-cutting pinch roll of the acid rolling production line is installed between the rolling mill shape gauge roll and the flying shear to achieve continuous production on the acid rolling production line.The pre-cutting pinch roll is an important equipment at the exit of the rolling mill.Once a problem occurs,it must be stopped for processing.In view of this,the focus is on discussing the composition structure,automatic control,and common problems of the pre shear pinch roll in the acid rolling production line.This paper summarizes the problems and treatment experience of the pre-shear pinch roll system,in order to improve the understanding of the basic knowledge of the pre-shear pinch roll and achieve its better application.
