Research on Production Process and Properties of 700L High Strength Steel
By adopting suitable chemical composition,controlled rolling and controlled cooling process,biphase steel sheet can be hot-rolled directly.By experimentally controlling the thickness of the steel plate waiting for temperature,the final rolling temperature,the final cooling temperature and the tempering temperature,the final rolling temperature of the hot-rolled steel is controlled in a certain range of the two-phase zone,and then the method of rapid cooling,controlling the final deformation temperature and cooling speed is used to obtain the ferrite and M-A island biphase structure.The results show that after tempering,the average yield strength of 700L high-strength steel plate is 704 MPa.The average tensile strength is 805 MPa,the elongation and impact work are also improved,and the performance pass rate reaches 100%.
