Development and Application of Rapid Weight Deviation Detection Equipment for Hot-rolled Ribbed Bar
Fushun New Iron and Steel has independently developed a rapid weight deviation inspection equipment to greatly improve the inspection efficiency by optimising the inspection process.This equipment completes the product inspection in 3～10 s and gets test results,inspection efficiency increased by more than 95％,which can be adjusted in a timely manner on the production line product weight deviation.This equipment uses infrared radiation to measure the distance from the sample and make the length compensation can be accurate to 0.1 mm.The equipment will be uploaded to the local database for staff to call at any time to view the data.
