机车车轮踏面接触疲劳研究

传统CL60材质货运车轮已不能适用当前铁路货运重载的发展需求,铁道科学院适时开发了以硅、锰为强化元素的CL65、CL70重载车轮用钢,但新材质的应用也给车轮生产实现带来一定的难度.基于生产实际出发,分析了钢坯冶炼、轧制、热处理、加工等的难度,并在工艺上进行了优化,保证了产品质量.
Research on Contact Fatigue of Locomotive Wheel Treads
The traditional CL60 material freight wheels can not meet the current development needs of heavy haul railway freight transportation.The Academy of Railway Sciences has timely developed CL65 and CL70 heavy haul wheel steels with silicon and manganese as strengthening elements.However,the application of new material also brings some difficulties to wheel production.Based on the actual production,this paper analyses the difficulties of billet smelting,rolling,heat treatment and processing,and optimizes the process to ensure product quality.
