摘要
轧制过程中,轧制力、弯辊力、带钢厚度和轧件温度等参数波动均会对热轧带钢的成品质量产生影响,且不同参数对成品带钢板形的影响程度不同.通过主成分分析(PCA)方法对轧制过程参数进行系统分析,并将分析结果用于实际的轧制过程控制,板形质量显著提高,实际应用效果较好.
Abstract
It has been determined that the parameters affecting the rolling process include rolling force,roll bending force,strip thickness,strip width,etc.,but different parameters have different effects on the shape of finished strip.In this paper,several rolling process parameters are systematically analyzed by principal component analysis(PCA)method,and which parameters have a greater impact on them is determined.Finally,the analysis results are used in the actual rolling process control to obtain better finished products.
