摘要
以粉煤灰、矿粉和脱硫石膏作为碱性固废制备新型低碳绿色废聚合材料,并围绕废聚合材料水化过程中3种固废间复合协同效应、性能变化与微结构演变的关系展开研究,通过不同的矿粉、粉煤灰、脱硫石膏添加量对制品性能的影响,得到最优配比,最后应用到实际生产上,为企业实现降本增效的目的.
Abstract
A new type of low-carbon green waste polymer material was prepared using fly ash,mineral powder,and desulfurization gypsum as alkaline solid waste.The study focused on the composite synergistic effect,performance changes,and microstructure evolution of three types of solid waste during the hydration process of waste polymer materials.The optimal ratio was obtained by studying the effects of different amounts of mineral powder,fly ash,and desulfurization gypsum on product performance,and finally applied to actual production to realize cost reduction and efficiency improvement for enterprises.
