为进一步优化炼钢厂连铸浊循环水处理工艺,结合某钢铁厂的实际情况,采用絮凝沉淀与过滤联合处理模式,通过单因素实验,对沉淀和过滤环节的技术参数进行调整,最终确定该处理方案下的合理参数为:絮凝剂投放包括4mg/L的P AC、0.1 mol/L纯碱溶液与0.1%熟石灰溶液的混合物,使用活化沸石作为滤料进行过滤,且滤速为7m/h.实际应用结果表明,采用优化方案的出水效果明显优于初始方案,该方案具有一定的应用价值.
Research on the Effect of Flocculation Precipitation Filtration Technology in Treating Continuous Casting Turbid Circulating Water in Steelmaking Plant
In order to further optimize the continuous casting turbid circulating water treatment process in a steel plant,combined with the actual situation of a certain steel plant,a combined treatment mode of flocculation precipitation and filtration was adopted.Through single factor experiments,the technical parameters of the sedimentation and filtration processes were adjusted.Finally,the reasonable parameters for this treatment plan were determined as follows:the flocculant was added to a mixture of 4 mg/L PAC,0.1 mol/L pure alkali solution,and 0.1%hydrated lime solution,activated zeolite was used as the filter material for filtration,and the filtration rate was 7 m/h.The actual application results show that the effluent effect of the optimized scheme is significantly better than the initial scheme,and this scheme has certain application value.
