摘要
介绍了 P91钢管冷弯回火后弯头外侧硬度的降低情况,结合弯曲试验、硬度试验和金相分析,得出:对于冷弯变形量较小的P91钢管,经780 ℃回火,弯管外侧的硬度值一般比较稳定,金相组织只发生回复;当P91冷弯变形量较大时,弯管外侧显微组织发生再结晶,硬度值迅速下降.
Abstract
This paper introduces the hardness reduction of the outer elbow of P91 steel pipe after cold bending and tempering.Combining with bending test,hardness test and metallographic analysis,it is suggested that the hardness value of the outer elbow of P91 steel pipe with small cold bending deformation is generally relatively stable after tempering at 780 ℃,and the metallographic structure only recovers.When the cold bending deformation of P91 is large,the microstructure of the outside of the bending tube recrystallizes,and the hardness decreases rapidly.
