在铝电解过程中,近50%的热量通过槽上部、底部和槽侧壁完全逸散在空气中,不仅造成能源的浪费,而且导致作业环境恶化.基于此,通过分析余热回收研究进展,探索余热利用新技术.针对余热回收利用研究中存在的问题,从设备方面和技术方面提出相应建议,以期能够降低能耗,在提高能源利用率的同时,提高电解铝企业的经济效益.
An Overview of Waste Heat Recovery from Aluminium Electrolysis Cells
In the process of aluminium electrolysis,nearly 50%of the heat escapes completely into the air through the top,bottom and side walls of the tank,which not only causes waste of energy but also deteriorates the operating environment.Based on this,by analyzing the research progress of waste heat recovery,this paper explores new technologies for waste heat utilization.In response to the problems in the research of waste heat recovery and utilization,corresponding suggestions are proposed from the aspects of equipment and technology,in order to reduce energy consumption,improve energy utilization efficiency,and enhance the economic benefits of electrolytic aluminum enterprises.
