摘要

较为系统地概括并阐述了目前冶金烧结炉关于结构设计方面的国内外研究现状及整体发展趋势,主要针对其结构设计,从不同类型冶金烧结炉的炉膛构型对比分析、不同炉温下炉体材料的分析与选用、不同类型冶金炉气流控制原理分析、冶金工艺性能分析这四个方面进行了介绍.同时,在分析其结构设计的总体构件的基础上,对行业领域前沿较为先进新型的烧结炉设计进行了优势分析,以期为冶金烧结炉设计制造领域提供有价值的参考并积累经验.

Abstract

This paper is systematic summarize and expounds the structure design of metallurgical sintering furnace research status and the overall development trend,mainly for the structure design of the following four aspects of the application analysis,namely different types of metallurgical sintering furnace configuration of analysis and review,different types of metallurgical furnace flow control principle analysis,metallurgical process performance analysis.At the same time,on the basis of the overall component analysis of the structural design,this paper analyzes the advanced new sintering furnace in the industry and designes the relevant advantages,in order to provide and accumulate favorable analysis and experience for the field of metallurgical sintering furnace design and manufacturing.
