为了提高钒资源的回收率,减少提钒过程中水资源的浪费,提出一种含钒钢渣加压强化提钒工艺.通过了解钒的性质,采用METSIM软件对提钒工艺进行建模,并设置单元参数,物料平衡优化分析时,确定先处理钒酸钙,再优化尾渣洗涤的方式,最后检验工艺的应用效果.经过优化后,减少了提钒过程的水资源消耗,总用水量、蒸发水量分别降低了 7 569 t/a、7 645 t/a,实现总物料、钒、水及碱的平衡优化,应用效果良好.
Analysis of Vanadium Extraction Process Based on METSIM Simulation Software
In order to improve the recovery rate of vanadium resources and reduce the waste of water resources in the vanadium extraction process,a vanadium containing steel slag pressure enhanced vanadium extraction process is proposed.By understanding the properties of vanadium,using METSIM software to model the vanadium extraction process,setting unit parameters,and conducting material balance optimization analysis,it is determined to first treat calcium vanadate,then optimize the way of washing the tailings,and finally test the application effect of the process.After optimization,the water resource consumption in the vanadium extraction process was reduced,and the total water consumption and evaporation water were reduced by 7 569 t/a and 7 645 t/a,respectively.The balance optimization of total material,vanadium,water,and alkali was achieved,and the application effect was good.
