摘要

为了解决矿井开采过程中矿压显现及巷道围岩变形控制难度大的问题,利用数值模拟软件对特厚煤层综放开采矿压显现及覆岩稳定性进行研究.首先对不同煤柱宽度下巷道应力进行分析,发现随着巷道煤柱宽度的不断增加,煤柱的承载力逐步增大,相应的侧向支撑应力对围岩的扰动逐步降低,煤柱的破碎程度也呈现降低趋势,但应力峰值的数值逐步增大,同时巷道的变形量呈现出从巷道中心向四周发散的趋势,在靠近巷道表面的位置变形增大,而在距离巷道表面越远的位置围岩变形量越小,通过此次研究为矿压治理提供一定依据.

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of difficult control of mine pressure manifestation and tunnel surrounding rock deformation during mining,numerical simulation software was used to study the mining pressure manifestation and overlying rock stability of ultra-thick coal seams.Firstly,the stress of tunnels under different coal pillar widths was analyzed.It was found that as the width of the coal pillar in the tunnel increased,the bearing capacity of the coal pillar gradually increased,and the disturbance of the corresponding lateral support stress on the surrounding rock gradually decreased.The degree of rock fragmentation of the coal pillar also showed a decreasing trend,but the value of the stress peak gradually increased.At the same time,the deformation of the tunnel showed a trend of diverging from the center of the tunnel to the surrounding areas.The deformation increased near the surface of the tunnel,while the deformation of the surrounding rock decreased further away from the surface of the tunnel.Through this study provides a certain basis for pressure control.
