Numerical Simulation and Parameter Optimization of Gas Explosion in Coal Mining Face Under U-shaped Ventilation Mode
In response to the problem of gas explosion accidents in the 415 coal mining face,a selectable LES turbulence model was constructed based on the propagation law model of gas explosion shock waves,and its key parameters were optimized.The grid size was set to 0.5 m,the iteration step was set to 0.000 5 s,and the ignition temperature was set to 1 600 K.Under U-shaped ventilation conditions,by studying the variation law of shock wave waveforms in different cross-sections,the shock wave overpressure attenuation rate in the inlet roadway showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,while in the return airway,the shock wave overpressure attenuation rate showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.At 40 m of the inlet and return airways,the shock wave overpressure attenuation rate reached a stable state.Gradually decrease until approaching 0.
