Research on Arsenic Removal and Refining Cycle Process of Copper Electrolyte Based on PHA-LEC Method
This paper discusses the production efficiency,energy consumption,and environmental pollution of the copper electrolyte arsenic removal and refining cycle process,and proposes an evaluation model for the copper electrolyte arsenic removal and refining cycle process based on the pre hazard analysis operating condition hazard assessment method,further ensuring the safety of the process.The results indicate that the danger level of"toxic substances"in the cooling section is highly dangerous.In the comparative analysis,the number of hazards obtained by this method is 8,which is 1,3,and 2 more than the operational risk analysis method,fault mode and effect analysis method,and event tree analysis method.This method demonstrates better performance,and the effectiveness of prevention and control measures is 97%.The research results provide theoretical support for promoting the sustainable development of the copper smelting industry.
