摘要
针对太钢450 m2烧结机在烧结工序中环冷机热废气余热利用率低、废气无组织排放等问题,通过热风循环梯级利用技术实践,解决了环冷机废气无组织排放的难题,达到了烧结矿质量指标提升、固体燃耗降低的多重效果,实现了烧结优质、低碳生产.
Abstract
In order to solve the problems of low utilization rate of waste heat and unorganized emission of hot waste gas from ring cooling machine in sintering process,the technology practice of hot air circulation cascade utilization in 450 m 2 sintering process of TISCO has solved the problem of unorganized emission of waste gas from ring cooling machine,the multiple effects of improving sinter quality index and reducing solid fuel consumption are achieved,and the high quality and low carbon production of sinter is realized.
