摘要

在工业化连续生产的前提下,通过对连铸现行工业进行评价,找出影响SPHC钢铸坯质量和热送率的因素,对连铸配水方案及连铸机辊缝开口度进行工艺优化,提高SPHC钢的铸坯质量和热送率.

Abstract

Under the premise of industrial continuous production,the factors affecting the quality and heat transfer rate of SPHC steel billet were found out through the evaluation of the current continuous casting industry,and the process optimization of water distribution scheme and roll gap opening of continuous casting machine was carried out to improve the casting billet quality and heat transfer rate of SPHC steel.
