Production Practice of Low Alkalinity Sintered Ore Smelting at Shougang Changgang
In recent years,under the adjustment of raw fuel foundation and equipment,Shougang Changgang Iron and Steel Plant has gradually explored lower alkalinity sintered ore suitable for its own conditions.The alkalinity has been maintained at around 1.7±0.08 for a long time,and the furnace material structure has been maintained at 83％sintering+5％pellet+12％raw ore for a long time.Through measures such as strengthening sintering process control,optimizing upper and lower adjustment of blast furnaces,and strengthening iron tapping management,both blast furnaces have achieved a good record of long-term safe and stable operation for more than 2 000 days,achieving a record of ranking in the top 10 industry in pig iron cost for many consecutive years.At its best,the industry ranked third.
