摘要
介绍了焦炉煤气精制系统运行工艺流程,分析了系统中吸附塔运行阻力大、系统操作安全风险大等问题.尤其针对系统冬季运行,制定了通过增加煤气加热器,提升煤气温度,同时通过工艺调整和设备优化等一系列措施,并对系统进行全方面优化.
Abstract
This article introduces the operating process of the coke oven gas refining system,analyzes the problems of high resistance in the adsorption tower and high operational safety risks during system operation,especially for winter operation of the system.Solutions are formulated by adding gas heaters to increase gas temperature,and a series of measures such as process adjustment and equipment optimization are taken to comprehensively optimize the system.
