由于生产模式的调整,高炉配套鼓风机经常在小风量、高风压状态下运行,工况点距离喘振放风调节线较近,因此防喘阀经常打开,机组处于放风运行的状态,鼓风机出力不能得以完全发挥,运行成本居高不下;此外,高炉鼓风机启动时,由于送风止回阀受工艺技术等条件限制,会导致其无法正常打开,影响高炉正常供风.针对此情况,根据现场实际对鼓风机进行技术革新和设计改造,经改造方案实施后,存在的问题得以解决,可为同行业者遇到同类问题提供一定的解决思路.
Lean Design and Improvement of Supporting Blower for Angang 2 # Blast Furnace
Due to the adjustment of the production mode of the blast furnace,the blower often operates under the condition of small air volume and high air pressure,and the operating point is close to the surge vent regulating line,so the anti surge valve is often opened,the unit is in the vent operation state,the blower output cannot be fully utilized,and the operating cost is high.In addition,when the blast furnace blower is started,the air supply check valve cannot be opened normally due to the limitations of process technology and other conditions,affecting the normal air supply of the blast furnace.This article describes the innovation and transformation methods carried out according to the actual situation on site.After the implementation of the methods,the problems can be solved,and some solutions can be given to the same industry when encountering the same problems.
