摘要
介绍了邯钢AV90风机仪控系统,并结合日常维护遇到的一些具体问题,从控制系统电源、静叶控制以及机旁仪表运行环境等方面提出优化整改并实施,优化后仪控系统更具稳定性、智能诊断性,且在一定程度上降低了运行成本,同时对目前仍存在的系统缺陷进行分析研究,并提出新的优化方案.
Abstract
This article introduces the AV90 fan instrument control system of Hansteel,and proposes optimization and implementation based on some specific problems encountered in daily maintenance,including control system power supply,static blade control,and machine side instrument operating environment.After optimization,the instrument control system becomes more stable,intelligent diagnostic,and to some extent reduces operating costs.At the same time,the existing system defects are analyzed and studied,and new optimization plans are proposed.
