摘要
介绍了 HRB400E含铬钢筋的化学成分、冶炼方法、轧制工艺、产品力学性能、金相组织和应用效果.采用转炉出钢过程加铬铁和吹氩精炼的方法,实现了 w(Cr)=0.32%~0.42%带肋钢筋的冶炼,Cr元素吸收率达到90%.轧钢方面,采用微合金化钢坯热轧生产工艺,含铬钢筋产品的力学性能完全满足协议要求;采用低成本控轧控冷生产工艺,轧件冷却过程中易出现贝氏体组织,延伸率指标达不到标准要求.
Abstract
This article introduces the chemical composition,smelting method,rolling process,mechanical properties,metallographic structure,and application effect of HRB400E chromium containing steel bars.The smelting of ribbed steel bars with a Cr content of 0.32~0.42%was achieved by using the method of adding chromium iron and argon refining during the converter steelmaking process,and the Cr element absorption rate reached 90%.In terms of steel rolling,the microalloyed steel billet hot rolling production process is adopted,and the mechanical properties of chromium containing steel bars fully meet the requirements of the agreement.Using low-cost controlled rolling and cooling production technology,bainite structure is prone to occur during the cooling process of rolled parts,and the elongation index does not meet the standard requirements.
