由一起液压缸漏油故障谈节流调速回路的应用

通过对液压缸的工况和控制原理进行分析,发现造成液压缸漏油的原因是叠加式节流阀使用不当.结合液压系统控制原理和现场升降挡板控制阀台的实际结构进行改造,在回路上增加一个叠加式减压阀,减小液压缸背压,降低无杆腔压力.改造完成后,升降挡板动作平稳,再未出现漏油现象.
Application of Throttling Speed Control Circuit from a Hydraulic Cylinder Oil Leakage Fault
Through the analysis of the working condition and control principle of the hydraulic cylinder,it is found that the improper use of the sandwich plate throttle valve is the cause of the oil leakage of the hydraulic cylinder.Through the simple transformation of the control principle,the back pressure of the hydraulic cylinder is reduced and the oil leakage of the hydraulic cylinder is eliminated.After the renovation was completed,the lifting baffle operated smoothly and there was no further oil leakage.
