摘要
头尾焦处理装置位于焦炉前部,拦焦车取门后有大量焦炭落入接焦斗,但由于该装置驱动油缸拉力小、本身刚性不足及翻入导焦栅的余焦容易掉落,导致使用效果不理想.针对此问题,阐述现头尾焦装置使用缺陷,并针对性地提出改进方案.
Abstract
The head and tail coke processing devices are located in the front of the coke oven.After the coke blocking car takes out the door,a large amount of coke falls into the coke receiving hopper.However,due to the small pulling force of the driving oil cylinder,insufficient rigidity of the device itself,and the easy falling of residual coke flipped into the coke guide grid,the use effect is not ideal.To address this issue,elaborate on the usage defects of the current head and tail focusing devices,and propose targeted improvement plans.
