高磷铁水条件下工业纯铁的炼钢工艺控制实践

对高磷铁水条件下生产工业纯铁的工艺流程进行研究,采用KR(脱硫)—LF(进一步脱硫)—转炉(脱碳脱磷)—LF(去磷升温)—RH(脱碳配铝保温)—连铸工艺,成功开发了高纯度的工业纯铁,冶炼工艺达到了国内原料级工业纯铁的一流水平.LF脱硫进一步稳定入转炉的S含量,转炉通过双渣、控碳和控温等方式降低P和Mn含量,RH的真空循环系统控制好C、A1和O等等一系列操作完成工业纯铁的冶炼.
Practice of Steelmaking Process Control for Industrial Pure Iron Under High Phosphorus Molten Iron Conditions
The process flow of producing industrial pure iron under high phosphorus molten iron conditions was studied.The KR(desulfurization)-LF(further desulfurization)-converter(decarburization and dephosphorization)-LF(dephosphorization and heating)-RH(decarburization and aluminum insulation)-continuous casting process was used to successfully develop high-purity industrial pure iron.The smelting process reached the first-class level of domestic raw material grade industrial pure iron,and LF desulfurization further stabilized the S content in the converter.The converter reduced the P and Mn content through dual slag,carbon control,and temperature control.The vacuum circulation system of RH controlled a series of operations such as C,Al,and O to complete the smelting of industrial pure iron.
