摘要

为了满足钢铁焦化行业排放限值要求,山西太钢不锈钢股份有限公司六高炉热风炉新建设一套处理量50万m3/h的烟气净化系统装置进行脱硫处理,对该项目主要用能工艺进行能耗分析.实践表明,该项目符合《中国节能技术政策大纲》合理用能标准和节能设计规范的要求.

Abstract

In order to meet the emission limit requirements of the steel coking industry,Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co.,Ltd.has constructed a new set of flue gas purification system with a processing capacity of 500 000 m 3/h for desulfurization treatment in the sixth BF hot blast furnace.Energy consumption analysis is conducted on the main energy consumption processes of the project.Practice has shown that this project meets the requirements of the reasonable energy use standards and energy-saving design specifications in the Outline of China's Energy Conservation Technology Policy.
