干雾抑尘装置在原料场环保升级改造中的应用研究

摘要
作为钢铁企业粉尘无组织排放主体,原料场粉尘污染已成为钢铁企业环保治理不容忽视的问题.传统的抑尘技术无法满足超低排放要求,寻求新型高效抑尘技术已成为钢铁企业绿色发展的必由之路.结合工程实践,分析了原料场生产作业时的产尘范围,介绍了干雾抑尘装置的原理、系统组成,以及其在翻车机、堆取料机等大型装卸设备及汽车受料槽上的应用,为钢铁企业原料场类似环保升级改造工程提供技术参考.
Abstract
As the main body of unorganized dust emission in steel enterprises,dust pollution in raw material yard has become an issue that cannot be ignored in environmental protection management of steel enterprises.Traditional dust suppression technologies cannot meet the requirements of ultra-low emissions,so seeking new and efficient dust suppression technologies has become a necessary path for the green development of steel enterprises.The article analyzes the range of dust production during production operations in the raw material yard based on engineering practice,introduces the principle,system composition,and application of dry mist dust suppression devices on large loading and unloading equipment such as tippler,stacker-reclaimer,as well as on automobile material receiving tanks.It provides technical reference for similar environmental upgrading and renovation projects in the raw material yard of steel enterprises.
