Application Research of Vector Control Frequency Converter in the Transmission System of Blast Furnace Probing Rod
This paper introduces the frequency conversion transformation in the transmission system of the iron smelting and metallurgical blast furnace probe.Based on the traditional control process of the probe,a torque control method based on the dual stable speed control model is constructed using the free function block of the 6SE70 frequency converter.The frequency conversion speed regulation is carried out,and the setting of other parameters of the frequency converter is briefly introduced.
