Quality Control of Double-sided Longitudinal Shear Production for Wide and Thick Plates
With the continuous progress of science and technology,new products and technologies continue to emerge,and the market demand for wide and thick plates is increasing,and the requirements for product quality are also increasing.The double-sided longitudinal shearing system,as an important component of the production of wide and thick plates,is the main equipment to ensure product quality.Based on the production process of rolling cut double-sided shear,this paper analyzes the common production quality problems in the production of wide and thick double-sided longitudinal shear,and proposes corresponding control and improvement measures.Practical applications have shown that after taking improvement measures,the production cost of the product has been effectively reduced,and the cutting quality and production efficiency of wide and thick plates have been improved.
