摘要

为解决新景矿15124工作面瓦斯超限问题,基于"O"形圈理论和瓦斯抽采机制,提出工作面定向长钻孔瓦斯治理技术,并根据现场实际情况确定了定向长钻孔技术参数,现场实践结果表明:采用定向长钻孔瓦斯治理技术,单孔最大瓦斯纯流量达到10.1%、瓦斯浓度达到0.2m3/min,有效保证了井下工作面的安全回采.

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of gas exceeding the limit in the 15124 working face of Xinjing Mine,based on the"O"ring theory and gas extraction mechanism,a directional long drilling gas treatment technology for the working face is proposed.The parameters of the directional long drilling technology are determined according to the actual situation on site.The on-site practice results show that using the directional long drilling gas treatment technology,the maximum pure gas flow rate of a single hole reaches 10.1%,and the gas concentration reaches 0.2 m3/min,effectively ensuring the safe recovery of the underground working face.
