摘要
支承辊打滑造成轧辊磨损和轧机停机,严重影响轧机的正常生产运行.为此主要从支承辊打滑影响因素结合油膜轴承承载相关参数进行了分析,并制定了预防打滑的措施和方案,取得了良好效果,为相关工作者提供参考借鉴.
Abstract
The slipping of the support roller causes roller wear and mill shutdown,seriously affecting the normal production and operation of the mill.For this purpose,an analysis was mainly conducted on the factors affecting the slippage of the support roller combined with the relevant parameters of the oil film bearing,and measures and plans for preventing slippage were formulated,achieving good results and providing reference for relevant workers.
