摘要
液压系统泄漏是轧钢设备生产过程中较为常见的一种设备问题,会严重影响轧钢设备的自动化运行,降低生产效率,提高成本,甚至会造成一定的环境污染.鉴于此,在分析轧钢设备液压系统泄漏类型和泄漏原因的基础上,从维修流程角度对液压系统泄漏维修技术进行探究,并从密封结构选用、振动冲击力度和温度控制两方面提出了针对性的泄漏防控措施.
Abstract
Hydraulic system leakage is a common equipment problem in the production process of steel rolling equipment,which can seriously affect the automation operation of steel rolling equipment,reduce production efficiency,increase costs,and even cause certain environmental pollution.In view of this,based on the analysis of the types and causes of hydraulic system leakage in steel rolling equipment,this paper explores the hydraulic system leakage maintenance technology from the perspective of maintenance process,and proposes targeted leakage prevention and control measures from two aspects:sealing structure selection,vibration and impact strength,and temperature control.
