摘要
车门变形和接水板损坏是太原重工股份有限公司定点熄焦车使用过程中常遇到的两大问题.以青钢项目7m熄焦车为研究对象,详细介绍了这两大问题的产生原因,并在此次设计过程中针对性地提出改进方案,以期为后续产品提供参考.
Abstract
The deformation of the car door and the damage of the water connection plate are two common problems encountered during the use of the designated coke quenching car by Taiyuan Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.Based on the 7 m coke quenching car of the Qinggang project,this paper provides a detailed introduction to the causes of these two problems and proposes targeted improvement plans in this design process,in order to provide reference for subsequent products.
