介绍了转炉砌炉过程在有限空间的作业情况,总结了在转炉砌筑过程的安全风险,针对设计的风险提出了相应的安全管理措施,实践表明,这些措施能够有效地改善转炉砌炉作业过程中出现的安全问题,降低有限空间作业的事故发生率,提高转炉砌筑的安全系数.
Abstract
This article introduces the confined space operation situation of the converter masonry work.It summarizes the safety risks during the converter masonry process.Corresponding safety management measures are proposed for the designed risks,which can effectively improve the safety issues that arise during the converter masonry work process,reduce the chances of accidents in confined space operations,and enhance the safety factor of converter masonry.
