Optimization Analysis of Automatic Control Strategy for Auxiliary Roll of Coiler
This paper analyzes the working status and control mode of the auxiliary roll of the coiling machine,and puts forward control strategy for auxiliary roll.Through adjusting the installation accuracy of the auxiliary roll,improving the automatic calibration function of the roll gap,accurately setting the tension control of the auxiliary roll,selecting the reasonable automatic skip control,and controlling the tail pressure of the auxiliary roll,the problems of poor coiling shape and excessive pressure marks at the tail end of the strip steel head in the thin plate production process have been effectively solved,improving the production efficiency and coiling quality of the thin plate,and providing reliable guarantees for the subsequent processing of the thin plate.
