摘要
夹杂物在渣中的扩散溶解过程为夹杂物去除的限制性环节,用夹杂物在熔渣中的溶解程度表示熔渣性能的好坏,再通过夹杂物溶解公式得出精炼渣的黏度,对于夹杂物去除尤为重要.通过实验室实验及FactSage理论计算,得出以下结果:渣中Al2O3含量是影响其黏熔特性的重要因素;承钢精炼渣w(Al2O3)在30%左右时,渣物相主要为12CaO·7Al2O3相、部分MgO·Al2O3相和少量3CaO·Al2O3相,为良好的低熔点渣系.
Abstract
The diffusion dissolution process of inclusions in slag is the limiting link of inclusion removal,so the degree of dissolution of inclusions in slag is used to indicate the quality of slag performance,and the viscosity of refining slag is an important factor of inclusion removal through the inclusion dissolution formula.Through laboratory experiments and FactSage theory calculation,it is concluded that the content of Al2O3 in slag is an important factor affecting its viscosity and melting characteristics.It is given that the optimal Al2O3 in steel refining slag is about 30%,and at this time there are mainly 12CaO·7Al2O3 phase,part of MgO·Al2O3 phase and a small amount of 3CaO·Al2O3 phase in the slag.It is a good low melting point slag system.
