摘要
通过体视显微镜、金相显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱仪对30MnSi不同颜色的表面氧化层进行检测分析,研究了30MnSi表面氧化层的微观形貌、厚度、致密性及化学成分等,为后期提高表面质量提供数据支撑.
Abstract
The surface oxide layers of 30MnSi with different colors were detected and analyzed using stereomicroscope,metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope,and energy dispersive spectrometer.The microstructure,thickness,density,and chemical composition of the surface oxide layers of 30MnSi were studied,providing data support for improving surface quality in the later stage.
