Analysis of Retesting Technology for Submerged Arc Welding Materials in Steel Lining of Nuclear Power Plants
There are various types of nuclear power welding materials,and the acceptance requirements for welding rods,wires,etc.are different.The acceptance of welding materials is fully supervised by external units.The welding process for re inspection of welding materials is complex and requires high inspection requirements,which can easily lead to unqualified inspection processes and affect the construction period of nuclear power.Focus on analyzing the entry acceptance issues of submerged arc welding flux and welding wire(SJ14HR+H08MnHR),conduct experimental research on sampling quantity and method,appearance and size inspection,tensile performance,impact performance,chemical composition,etc.,and provide relevant experience for the re-inspection of welding materials in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants.
