摘要
以5NiCrMoV钢厚壁锻件为研究对象,采用空冷与水冷两种不同的冷却方式研究对材料强韧性的影响.结果表明:两种不同的冷却方式对材料的室温拉伸强度无显著影响,对材料的冲击韧性有较为显著的影响,水冷试板的冲击韧性优于空冷试板.在生产过程中,为实现材料强度与韧性的良好匹配,应优先选用水冷方式.
Abstract
Taking 5NiCrMoV steel thick walled forgings as the research object,two different cooling methods,air cooling and water cooling,were used to study the effect on the strength and toughness of the material.The results show that two different cooling methods have no significant effect on the room temperature tensile strength of the material,but have a significant impact on the impact toughness of the material.The impact toughness of the water-cooled test plate is better than that of the air-cooled test plate.In the production process,in order to achieve a good match between material strength and toughness,water cooling should be preferred.
