Improving the Stability of Chromium Content Testing in Microcarbon Ferrochrome
In this paper, the national standard is used to determine the chromium content in ferrochrome, and the influencing factors such as the sample weight, the dissolution method, the acidity of ammonium persulfate, the addition of phosphoric acid to the test material and the smoke degree, and the interfering elements are analyzed and compared. The method is simple to operate and the analysis period is short. After repeated verification with different standard samples, the accuracy and precision of the analysis results are high, which can meet the needs of stainless steel production.
