Simulation Verification of High-pressure Water Phosphorus Removal Nozzle Design for Steel Billets
Poor phosphorus removal from steel billets can easily cause surface defects on rails, affecting their normal use.In order to improve the phosphorus removal effect of steel billets,a design strategy for high-pressure water phosphorus removal nozzles for steel billets is proposed.By understanding the current situation of phosphorus removal on steel rails, clarifying the problem of phosphorus removal, calculating nozzle spraying parameters, and establishing a nozzle model for simulation and analysis.Research suggests that the inlet velocity of the nozzle is v=200 m/s,the outlet diameter of the nozzle is D=6 mm,the outlet angle of the nozzle is θ=11 °,the original temperature of the steel billet is t1=240 ℃,and the water temperature is t2=20 ℃.The high-pressure water phosphorus removal of the steel billet under this process condition has the characteristics of comprehensive and efficient cleaning. After verification, the proposed design scheme for the high-pressure water nozzle of the steel billet has good application effect and has guiding significance for industrial production.
